I am interested in your Home School Book Sharing Schedule, and am planning to attend. I have two daughters, we are conducting what we call our “K-1″ class room, whereas their ages are 4 1/2 & 6 3/4. So, please keep me posted, Sincerely Kimberly Waversak
So sorry for taking so long to respond to your message! We begin the Homeschool Bookshare for this year on Tuesday, October 4th at 2 PM. We meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 2. It is for K-6th grade so your daughters are at the perfect age! Each month, kids pick a book and then come back the next meeting to present and talk about it. This year we will choose a different type of project to do each month so that they can experiment with the different ways of presenting a book to a group of people. I hope that you will be able to join us!
That sounds great Cassie, we will see you then, Kim & Co.
The Wilton Free Public Library is located in the foothills of western Maine, alongside Wilson Stream in downtown Wilton. The Library, which serves the communities and citizens of the Wilton, Dryden, East Wilton, and East Dixfield was incorporated in 1901 as The Wilton Free Public Library Association. Although it is significantly subsidized by the Town of Wilton, the Library remains a private, non-profit corporation. We are proud to be a Family Place Library, emphasizing services and collections for young parents and their children.
You will receive an email documenting your tax-deductable donation.
