WFPL CLOSURE EXTENDED
By Jennifer Scott, on March 31st, 2020
WFPL CLOSURE EXTENDED
Unless you’re the patron who has War and Peace signed out, you’ve probably run out of physical library books to read. We feel you! And we’re sorry! There’s nothing we like more than putting books in the hands of readers but we just can’t do that right now.
Remember that the CloudLibrary is always open for ebooks and audiobooks. They’ve also added more than $40,000 in shared titles in the past week. If you need help accessing this resource, feel free to send us a message.
We will reopen as soon as it’s wise to do so. Keep checking back for information, virtual storytimes, book reviews and other tidbits. Also, feel free to share what you’re reading – we love hearing from our patrons!

In brief … The Wilton Free Public Library is located in the foothills of western Maine, alongside Wilson Stream in downtown Wilton. The Library, which serves the communities and citizens of the Wilton, Dryden, East Wilton, and East Dixfield was incorporated in 1901 as The Wilton Free Public Library Association. Although it is significantly subsidized by the Town of Wilton, the Library remains a private, non-profit corporation. We are proud to be a Family Place Library, emphasizing services and collections for young parents and their children.
Donate online! You will receive an email documenting your tax-deductable donation.
