Summer Reading Program Starts June 26
By Jennifer Scott, on June 25th, 2014
Attention! View the goal sheet for the summer reading program! Fitting in the science theme, check out this periodic table with the “elements” of a great summer. For every 7 completed, children can pick from the prize box. For all completed, there will be a larger prize at the end!
*Only 2 elements may be combined with one book, for example, if you read a fairy tale in 20 minutes, that will cover those 2 elements. But you may not add any more, such as reading it in a tree…that must be a separate book!
Program calendar…don’t forget the magic show this Thursday to help us kick off the program with a science-themed magic show! Six o’clock at the Academy Hill School. See our FaceBook page for more details.

In brief … The Wilton Free Public Library is located in the foothills of western Maine, alongside Wilson Stream in downtown Wilton. The Library, which serves the communities and citizens of the Wilton, Dryden, East Wilton, and East Dixfield was incorporated in 1901 as The Wilton Free Public Library Association. Although it is significantly subsidized by the Town of Wilton, the Library remains a private, non-profit corporation. We are proud to be a Family Place Library, emphasizing services and collections for young parents and their children.
Donate online! You will receive an email documenting your tax-deductable donation.
