Wilton was bursting with people for the 31st Annual Blueberry Festival August 2nd and 3rd. For the first time, the library had an entry in the parade (see photos here), at which 19 people participated; post-parade activities included painting, a treasure map. a guessing jar, and a magic show. Nearly 100 people visited the library that day, as well.
The book sale at the Expo Center raised $2,210 and Library Day at the Wilton Blueberry Farm raised $1,150 Saturday.
Thanks to everyone who planned for and participated in this year’s events!
