The library has a very large collection of books of all sorts for readers of all ages and tastes. Also films, sheet music, songbooks, and audio books. Pricing is by donation. Dealers are welcome. Your generous donations allow the library to purchase new books.

The Rug Hooking/Fiber Arts Group will be meeting Saturday, April 26th at 10:00. It has been rescheduled from Sat. April 19.
The Wilton Literary Group met Tuesday evening at the Library with 7 people attending. We agreed that having a consistent meeting place was a good idea. We decided to approach the Wilton Congregational Church to see if we could meet there. Ten students of Mr. Roger Bisaillon’s Mt. Blue High School art class are displaying their art at the Library. The exhibit, titled “Spirit Animals,” will be up through the month of April. A rug hooking and fiber arts group is forming in Wilton .The next meeting is Sat. Jan 18 at 10 am at the Wilton Free Public Library. The group will work on individual member’s projects, and share techniques and ideas. If you are stuck, or need help getting started, we can probably help. The group is free, members will purchase their own materials for projects. We hope to meet monthly. Bring a project (rug hooking knitting, crochet, etc) to work on and join the fun! Once again, the Christmas Train will roll through the Wilton Library. The display will be up all through December, with some new features again this year, says Bruce Ibarguen, the Wilton resident who sets up the train each year.
