Vernon, Maine. Poems of Praise and Thanksgiving : Maine Poet Laureate, Wesley McNair, reading his poetry at WFPL on Thursday, Nov. 21

The Wilton Free Public Library is proud to announce a special reading by Maine Poet Laureate, Wesley McNair. McNair will be reading selections from his poetry appropriate to the season. The reading will be held Thursday, Nov. 21 at 7:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served and books will be available for purchase. Library hosts Carolyn Gelland poetry reading, Oct. 16

Wilton poet, Carolyn Gelland, will be reading from her new book, Dream-Shuttle, on Wed., October 16 at 6:30. Gelland, who grew up in Europe and New York City, moved to Wilton with her late husband, poet Kenneth Frost She is published in numerous literary journals. Four-Alarm House, published in 2012, was her first collection of poetry published by Main Street Rag Publishing Co. Both books will be on sale after the reading.
