The Wilton Literary Group met Tuesday evening at the Library with 7 people attending. We agreed that having a consistent meeting place was a good idea. We decided to approach the Wilton Congregational Church to see if we could meet there. At the March 24 meeting of the Wilton Finance Committee, the committee members voted unanimously to accept our next fiscal year’s budget request of $105,395. We have not been able to meet for several months, related to illness, weather, travel, etc. March is another bad month for the library staff because of the budget process. We are hoping to start meeting again on April 15. We will meet at the library at 6:30 p.m., beginning with a business meeting to discuss moving ahead.
